A Long Weekend

A long weekend approaches me. I will be in the process of moving so my posts may be a little sporadic. (more so than usual)

In the meantime, here are some fantastic matte paintings done by the legendary Albert Whitlock...

  3. Thanks, teacher!
(And since I'm a nerd who grubs for an A++, for extra credit I'll point out that the Fab Al W. is posing most thoughtfully in front of one of his many paintings for David Lynch's Dune, a flick I was glad relied so heavily on Whitlock's art/effects.)
